The Hub Food Park | 512 N Riverfront Dr, Mankato, MN

The Hub Food Park is a space dedicated to local food, entertainment, music, and art.  The park is family friendly and hosts a variety of events.

Food trucks from vendors will roll into the the space off North Riverfront Drive to kick off the event! More vendors added as they care confirmed.

The park is open from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. for the event, weather permitting. 

The event will feature a Trunk or Treat parked themed after stories with multicultural characters. A variety of BIPOC, women and kidprenuer vendor pop-up stores will also be in operation at the event, displaying and selling items such as children's books by diverse authors, natural hair, skin and body products, cultural cosmetics, clothing, jewelry and more!
